A bilingual National Educator for Alter Ego Italy North America, Elizabeth brings a wealth of expertise and passion to our Hermosa Beach location. With a career spanning over a decade in the beauty industry, she specializes in color and design, sharing her artistry and helping others elevate their craft.
Elizabeth’s journey in education began in 2008 with Redken, where she honed her skills as an educator, followed by impactful roles with KMS and Hair dreams, leading hands-on training for large groups. Her dedication to staying ahead of industry trends ensures she’s always exploring the latest products and techniques to deliver exceptional results.
For the past eight years, Elizabeth has served as the Education Director at Lavish Salon, mentoring countless stylists and helping them refine their technical skills. She firmly believes that education tailored to the learner not only enhances technical expertise but also strengthens client relationships and boosts retail success.
